Welcome to clearvibrations.org (the “Site”), operated by Clear Vibrations, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia, and currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of Site
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. 6. Children Under Thirteen
Clear Vibrations does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

13. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in a mutually agreed-upon location, and judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
14. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Clear Vibrations individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; there shall be no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or litigated on a class-action basis.
15. Termination of Access
Clear Vibrations reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the organization.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
17. Changes to Terms
Clear Vibrations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
